Return/Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY :

No returns are applicable on products whether it's imitation jewellery or bedsheet. Exchange of products can be done within 3 days of date of delivery if it has some defect, however customized products are not eligible for exchange. Products that are defective are eligible for replacement. In order to get a defective item replaced contact Customer Service via email at arivacollection9@gmail.com within 3 days from the date of product delivery. The defective product or defective part of that product will be recalled and we will Exchange the product / part. No Exchange on the bedsheet set

The following defective products shall not be eligible for replacement under this 3 Day Replacement Guarantee :

1. Any jewelry that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

2. Any jewelry that has been washed

3. Any jewelry not in its original condition

4. Any jewelry that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery

Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked and replacement for the same will be done. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, unwashed and returned within 3 days of delivery date.

REFUND POLICY :

We offer refund if the piece is defective within 2 days of your delivery, if 2 days have passed since the delivery of your item/product, you will not be offered a refund. Also, the credit timeline for the refund is within 2-3 working days. 

Eligibility for Refunds:

1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. The item must be in the original packaging.

3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

5. If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
