Return & Exchange Policy

At Ariva Collection, every piece of imitation jewelry is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of imitation jewelry and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in the cases mentioned below.

No Returns or Exchanges

All imitation jewelry purchases are final sale due to hygiene reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Proof Required

To process any request, the following are mandatory:

  1. Order number
  2. Unboxing video (mandatory)
  3. Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

Requests without the required proof will not be eligible for review.

Replacement Policy

Once the claim is verified:

  • A replacement of the same item will be issued (subject to availability)

Product Variations

Minor variations in color, texture, polish, or design may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or hand-finishing processes. These are natural characteristics and do not qualify as defects.
